This Swedish band’s EP kicks off with Love For Your Money, probably the strongest song on the CD. It is feel-good music with pounding drums… although difficult to take seriously when the lyrics are lines like “see my dick” etc.

Long Leg Suzie has a good tune but is marred by a faux telephone call in pretend English (?) accents halfway through the song between the singer and the aforementioned Suzie. “I’m didn’t want to tell you this,” she says. “I am moving to New York.” Are you? Very good. Please stay there.
(I have to say though, that they redeem themselves by making sound effects that I can only describe as akin to Jim Carrey’s in the Cable Guy when he’s fighting Matthew Broderick in that medieval restaurant… I’ll be shutting up now.)

Far Away is a ballad, and while it has a nice tune and sweet lyrics, I feel it is let down by the singing somewhat, which seems too weak at various points of the song to really do it justice.

Right On Time picks up the pace again. The band are clearly better at this kind of fun, glam rock song, which lyrics about Friday nights and being all dressed up. It would rival opening track Love For Your Money as best track, and is a great, upbeat way to end the EP.

This is a fast-paced, raw sounding collection of songs; however the vocals can sound a little strained at times in my opinion, which on occasion does make it slightly hard to listen to. But overall these songs never sound anything less than good fun, and are growing on me more and more with each listen.
