Bio - SPiT LiKE THiS was formed in the dying hourz of 2002 by Lord ZiON and ViKKi SPiT who discovered that their notion on what made the perfect band was identical. Excitedly, they realized that the nucleus of this perfect band had now become one and the Big Bang occured shortly thereafter. Choozing the name followed, in honour of the spitting contest they had enjoyed on that fateful night. Then followed 8 monthz of hell.

No money. No help. No home. Against all oddz they struggled against this adversity and, through the sale of Vikki'z used pantiez on eBay, they managed to scrape enough cash together to fund their first EP, "The Pop Shot!". They also created an offensive range of t-shirtz, dezigned to bring in the cash - along with raizing their notorious profile - under the guize Smell Your Mum.

Soon thingz began to take off. CD'z were selling. T-shirtz were selling. The press was calling. Every review stated how much this duo shined so they decided to press on and record CD number 2, "Anarchy For Two", which charted their livez from launch up until that point.

"Anarchy For Two" was released to rave reviewz. It was around this time that they first garnered the interest of a Record Company. However, they knew that thingz would not be complete until SPiT LiKE THiS was complete. And so, the search began.

In order to make this "perfect band" a reality, there were certain characteristicz needed from potential memberz. Hunger. Tenacity. Ambition. Drive. As with all thingz that were meant to be, finding the perfect memberz was not the difficult task they thought it would be. In fact, the complete line-up - that has now been together for over 2 yearz - was determined within 2 weekz! Enter STEViE LEE on lead guitar and ViLE GiLEZ on drumz. SPiT LiKE THiS was now a fully formed animal. Let the gamez begin...

Within 2 monthz, they performed live together for the first time. Intense rehearsalz meant that their debut, at the Metro, London, went down a storm. And so followed gig after gig, rehearsal after rehearsal. To-date, SPiT LiKE THiS have played over 70 showz supporting such bandz as The Damned, Acey Slade (Murderdollz), Rachel Stamp, Adam Bomb and Crash Kelly in venuez all around the cuntry. They also recorded their first EP as a band, "Dragged Kicking & Screaming".

Their live showz go from strength to strength. SPiT LiKE THiS 2005 is one of the most outrageous, debauched, talked-about eventz on the circuit. This is why they were voted The Trashiest Band In The UK in October 2004 - in fact, SPiT LiKE THiS won easily. To be frank, it was a foregone conclusion.

December 2004, readerz of KERRANG! magazine voted SPiT LiKE THiS # 8 in the Best Unsigned Band category of the Reader'z Poll. This was without any prompting or promoting on SLT'z behalf but, what do you expect? SLT do not immitate, they INNOVATE, so it is little wonder that the jaded massez are getting turned on by them.

So, what next? Onward and upward! Management has stepped forward and, with their help, their first Nationally Distributed release is due May 30th. "Sleaze Sells...But Who's Buying?" boastz 4 trackz plus a music video. It is with this new release that SPiT LiKE THiS intend on taking over the world. Don't believe me? Well, their infamous websitez (spitlikethis.com/smellyourmum.com) have surpassed 2 million hitz in just one year; their e-mailing list now boastz over 11,250 memberz; they have a team of over 1,500 willing "STREET SLuTz" that are helping to spread their diseaze and their signwritten Daimler Hearse, The Boner, has entered rock 'n' roll folklore.
