Son of a Gun
Bio - SON OF A GUN was formed in early 2005, out of the ashes of a thrash metal band (Newborn Nemesis, formerly Cerberus) and a Pop-Punk band (former Moonska signees GRAVELTRAP). After searching high and low for a singer, they eventually settled on Jason Craig from MK death metal outfit MACHINATE.

Despite their extreme musical backgrounds, SON OF A GUN went for a sound that was more rock than metal,
writing catchy hard rock songs but still maintaining the intensity of the genres they played before.
In October they entered Premier Studios in Corby with Iain Wetherall (who has worked with
artistis such as Raging Speedhorn, Capdown, Graveltrap, Phema, and Viking Skull). The resulting 3 track demo
sold quickly, and combined with the band's great live shows and hard work & dedicated promotion, won them a
large fan base in a short space of time, that is constantly growing as we speak.

They are entering the studio again soon to record another 3 song demo, displaying more mature, focused material. After this they are looking to gig as much as possible and continue building their fan base.
