Killin' Zoe

Bio -A chance meeting of two old friends in a rock club in Birmingham , led to the formation of Birmingham's favourite glam / punk rock n rollers , Killin' Zoe.
Wez and Richie's meeting in XL's night club in early '98 and their boredom with percussion sounding rock music added with similar interests in MC5, Velvet Underground, 60's garage and 70's and 80's punk inspired them to form the band
So many influences, so much individuality , what could these guys come up with ?
The answer is simple : dirty , sleazy passionate rock n roll, played with style and commitment.
With Wez on vocals, Daz on drums, Richie on guitars and Ste on bass , they have a bond together that is unlike most bands, they have known each other for so long and all grew up together in the same suburb of Birmingham.
The original material that they play is well written and perfectly executed and they have been known to play covers by the likes off Hanoi Rocks, David Bowie and The Dogs D'amour and you can just see that the band are influenced by these kind of artists as well, but their own material will always be of the upmost importance to the band.
The band have played with the likes of Towers Of London, Tokyo Dragons and Adam Bomb in the last year as well as a lot of headline gigs.
Killin' Zoe have been playing live locally for some time now and have played at venues such as : Little Civic Wolverhampton, The Jailhouse Coventry, Edwards No'8, Stourbridge Rock Cafe, JB's Dudley, The Hibernian, Xposure Rock Cafe and The Roadhouse in Birmingham. It is now time for the rest of the UK's rock venues and fans to see what they have been missing, no longer will Killin' Zoe be just a "face in the crowd" .

The band are :

Wez Dog - Vocals
Richie - Guitars
Ste - Bass
Daz - Drums
