Bio -Glyder are Ireland’s
latest craze and we can’t get enough.
Barely out of their teens and onto the stage they rock eternal, as though
they’ve propped up bars for Led Zeppelin and played arenas with
Judas Priest. The band stand with one foot in the past whipping riffs
and blending chords with rock aplomb and yet they twist their vocals with
a modern edge and a true belief of their place.
The debut album was recorded with legendary rock producer Chris Tsangarides
(Ozzy, Priest, Sabbath, Thin Lizzy) earlier this summer and is poised
to storm the charts. The band are awesome live find their true environment
in a stadium.
The band have won the respect of many of rocks finest musicians despite
being unsigned: Wishbone Ash are taking them on tour next year and they
have just stepped off a tour with Thin Lizzy assuring them of a firm status
in the world of modern and classic rock. Right now? Well, make no mistake
about it, when Glyder play live jaws drop, and they are easily the best
live unsigned rock band in Europe. So what’s next? Well, record
labels are chomping at the bit to see these 4 Irish boys fly and you’d
better be ready for the time of your lives. Glyder are just around the
corner.
