HMI
was created due to the lack of coverage of any glam/sleaze and hard rock
bands in the UK and Ireland.
We don't want to get bogged down with the whole genre issue but this website
will only feature glam, sleaze, 80's style and good old hard rock n roll
bands.
No: Death, Black, Doom, Thrash, Speed, Industrial, Goth, Emo or Nu metal
etc. There are plenty of other website's to deal with them.
We will consider other Heavy metal, stoner and punk bands if they have
sleazy or glam influences. For example; Nashville Pussy, Monster Magnet
and the like.
Submission
Guidelines:
For band profiles: Your band must be based in
either the UK or Ireland. You must consider yourself to sound like or
be strongly influenced by glam, sleaze or hard rock (call it what you
like). You must be able to send HMI a short bio and a picture for your
profile.
For reviews: We will review any glam/sleaze/hard rock etc album/demo we
are sent from anywhere in the world.
For links: We will link any band or relevant website who wish us to.
For feature on news page (tour dates or release dates): Please email us
as these are booked on a monthly basis by bands.
